Russia’s Rosneft to pay 155 bln rbl in January–June dividends

MOSCOW, Oct 2 (PRIME) -- The shareholders of Russian oil company Rosneft have approved paying 14.58 rubles per share, or a total of 154.5 billion rubles, in dividends for January–June, the company said in a report Tuesday.

The dividend payment will account for 50% of the company’s net profit in the period calculated under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

The record date is October 9.

Rosneft paid 10.48 rubles per share, or 111 billion rubles, in dividends for 2017, including interim dividends.

The company’s major shareholders include state oil and gas holding Rosneftegaz with a 50.00000001% stake, British oil giant BP with a 19.75% stake, and QHG Oil Ventures Pte. Ltd., a consortium of Swiss commodity trader Glencore and the Qatar Investment Authority, with a 19.50% stake.
